Dear Valued Customers and Cinema Industry Professionals,
I wanted to take a moment to reach out during this difficult time to let you know that although our office team is currently working remotely and will be for the time being, we are open for business and still manufacturing our full portfolio of products.
The health and safety of our employees, customers and suppliers is our top priority. Many stay-at-home requirements for all companies have been issued by local, state, provincial governments and we are actively working at taking extra precautions as it relates to the COVID-19 situation while keeping a close eye on the changes. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these challenging times.
As part of a 75 year old family owned company, Encore Performance Seating and our parent company Palliser Furniture will stay open to serve the needs of our customers, we currently do not foresee any interruptions to any projects or schedules on our deliverables.
If you can no longer get parts or service from your existing seating manufacturer, we are working with our suppliers and customers to develop a list of needed parts, motors and components to assist if you or your team are in need. If you need assistance or have any information on current projects or planned new developments that you are able to share; we would greatly appreciate hearing from you, as we want to be in a position to support your needs when consumers return to Cinemas.
This crisis is causing difficulties all around the world, yet I am confident that with people working together we will find a way thru and emerge successful. Although it is likely to be a bumpy road for a while, we look forward to better times ahead and having the ability to enjoy movies together in cinemas.
